Just got the Kitchen Pass from a very understanding wife! Leaving tomorrow afternoon with my son for beach. I'll have to make the Thanksgiving dinner though, she's driving out by herself Thanksgiving morning. Fair trade. Let the swell commence!

Tides are very, very good late week in NE MA but you'll want to go just a bit away from where you're planning as it will be bigger and still very clean and points north on Friday.

Might have to find somewhere that is protected from the heavy winds.
Plenty of places to choose from with the South Swell and Northwest offshore winds on Thursday in Rhode Island.
Looks like I will be a late arrival for the first round of food and drinking...

Best two words in that report are "ground swell". I think I've got a swell in my pants now.

How do you get a groundswell from a storm that is primarly centered over land? Strong windswell more like it...

Hey, is it going to be cold down south? I hope so. Winter is here again oh Lord.......haven't been home for a year or more........
Crewsby of CBS, I'm not negative, lately. Just signifying and testifying the truth like Reverend Al Sharpton. Or at least, I'm not any more negative than I usually am. Life's tough up here in New Jersey, Crewsby.............There's nothing quaint aboot this place, except for Victorian Cape May and Montclair.
BBG, is this a conservative or a liberal swell? Or is it acceptable by you and MIS-13?
Best time to surf up here on Thursday?
Correct, two hours before dark, while all the loved people in the world eat food with family and friends. The outcasts and the unwanted will be out doing shreds at places like Metros and The L Jetty. Maybe in Foxhill.......maybe. Though most people up there are loved and wanted.
Ground swell? Watchu talking aboot willis, eh? That was the Canadian Arnold Jackson. T'aint no groundswell. Wind'll be coming around the mountain when she comes(tomorrow). Build thy surf and they will come o ye wind of fortune.
Ha Ha we're all lame.........talking aboot a swell like it's the second coming.

I love it when I have a second coming
and I approve of all swells, from all directions, of all periods, of any height....so long as it speaks freakin English!
