    Roughin' it in southern california

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rrh_aVq8Nx0
Surfing around 28th to 36th street over winter break. A few fun waves and really clear water; you know how it goes: wintertime and the livins easy (in southern california that is)

As a fellow goofy footer I enjoyed this video...and I'm not really a huge fan of go pro surf footage most times. I felt like I was working those little left maybe because our skills seems comparable. I need to move to socal...prob will before I turn 30 in three years.

i hear where you are coming from, but i can only get this angle with the go pro in somewhat smaller surf, because if the surf is bigger i will likely lose my go pro due to duckdiving or eating **** on a decent sized wave. Im trying to come up with some type of self-made leash but until then I'm not gunna risk it in the bigger surf

That's what i love about this angle with the gopro. When i go back and watch it later, it feels as if I am back in the water only with some rad tunes added on
