heres a few fun facts for those who want to try painkillers.when i was kicking,i was searching every where online for a home remedy or something that could help.i dont remember what it is,but i remember reading when u take any opiod for a long time, the brain stops producing something that your body needs, and when your sick, thats the brain trying to produce the thing for your body, dont remember something complicated.also, thinking about smoking, drinking, eating, surfing, etc.u cant do any of that until a opiod is in your system.i missed a lot of great swells over the past few years.drinking and pks are extremely dangerous and thats how a lot of people die.taking a pk with xanax will kill you too, another recipe for disaster.it also makes u constipated and bloated.

i lost 3 friends over the years from ods, could be a lot more but i try not to hang around junkies.just people who i grew up with a spent everyday with until they started using.i hate to say it,but i dont really feel sad for them.my 1 buddy was the greatest kindest dude in the world, hed give u the shirt off his back, but once he upgraded to the needle,he became a different person and started breaking into houses and stuff.thats not how i want to remember my friend.and my other buddy, who was the dead kids best friend, who was the one who introduced him to the needle, left him to die in his own house.the dead kid started foaming out the mouth, the other kid jumped out the window and ran.his sister came into his room to tell him dinner time, when they found him.he wasnt dead yet, just brain dead so they had him on life support.i remember everyone was mad i didnt go see him before he died, but i figured phucks the point?thats not how i want to remember my buddy, and i left it at that.also i had a buddy who used to say to me dont bail on me if i start odin.like this dude,he was a big meathead, someone who could bench 600lbs,no joke, someone who u might call a recreational user, but he was a junkie like the rest of him.well this dude was huge, and 3-4 bags wouldnt take the edge off.the dude would shoot 10-15 bags at a time.one day he did od,but his girlfriend saved him.he used to tell me if he starts going out, just start slapping and punching him,and id say dont do that shyt around me,i want nothing to do with it.being where i grew up,everyone was either a drug addict, drug dealer,or a robber.there were no good guys.i left the city life and came down to the shore

I used to know a bunch people who use cocaine recreationally........once a week.......one or two times a month. I knew them...I saw them......they weren't hitting Hartsville & Cambria everyday.

I also knew people who would take a few pills here and there. I even knew some people who would sniff a bag of dope once in a while, and they didn't end up at 9th & Indiana every day.

    I agree 100%

Having a beer in heaven was a direct reference to a song our friend Jeff Wood, of Shat wrote when Josh died. The song was about having a beer at the bar in heaven and enjoying some ladies with our beloved friend Josh. A beer Billy, as in one nostalgic beer.

Personally, I don't drink much and advise others to keep alcohol use to a minimum. I'm no saint and I've partied plenty btw.

Picking on my comment about having a beer with my dead friend is pretty low and doesn't reflect your "landslide" member of the year status.

Here is the song I referenced fart hole:

Hey Doug, Sorry for your loss. I 'm gonna defend PJB here for a sec, although God knows he doesn't need it. I don't think that the alcohol praise line was was a shot at you and your buddy. We do, me included, sing the praise of alcohol on this sight quite often. Again sorry, and I'm sure you were a good friend.

One of the best lines ever. If a song about death from drugs can be 'good' then The Pusher by Steppenwolf is that.

Subs . . Loperamide.. not that hard to kick unless you didn't give a f@ck and got in way too deep. And no using 3 days in a row won't cause withdrawal for 2 days. .everyone is different. My dog does 40 60 mg oxy a day for 3 years with occasional stoppage. Feels bad for 1-3 days with mild symptoms and has decreased dose age over the years so not everyone will become a feen

I wasn't picking on alcohol because of you mentioning having a beer in the afterlife.

If you must know, I started my post before seeing that line(I tend to skim a lot of these posts on here)

I did it because there's this consensus that alcohol isn't a drug in this society. And now there's a rule that we can't talk aboot dope because YOU know someone who died from it. But other drugs on here are glamorized......I got to get the official SWELLINFO RULE BOOK

Hey, I'm going to attack Brewengineer because I know people who have died from alcohol.....

Dude, you get bent aboot every f'ing thing I say, and most of the time I'm not even getting snarky with you.

And I'm going to say another thing that might not be too popular. Just because someone knows somebody who died from something doesn't mean the rest of the world has to creep around the subject on eggshells and not talk aboot it. So, we have to speak respectfully aboot dope now because you know someone who died from? I know you Ocean County types are relatively new to this game in such epidemic levels.

I know people who have been shot. I don't tell Pumpmaster what to say aboot guns. I hassle gun owners becaue it's fun, but I don't tell them how speak.

Fart hole? You guys love the toilet humor, huh?

Ahhh, I'll tell you, EVERY F'ING DAY. All you people do is f'ing b!tch and moan and sh!t. Snarky, Snarky, Snarky......Some think they control what people should post on here. Some tell people what's ok and not ok to speak of.....

Ahh I just love how important things are when it happens to them. If it didn't happen to them, then it would be a non-issue. Human beings - gotta love them.

The opiate based pills that so many people gobble these days are the same thing. Pill users like to kid themselves about that.

Information about opiate use and addiction isn't top secret. I'll never understand why a person would choose to make a perilous left turn down Opiate Way, knowing it's a bad street.

Doug I am sorry for your loss. All we can do is educate people that happiness isn't something you can buy, smoke, inject, or guzzle down. No matter how many times we hear otherwise from the ad agencies that represent Big pharma/tobacco/alcohol/gambling/softdrinks/sugar. stay strong and keep spreading the word!
