    Thumbs up Hope?

    Is there really a hope of a GOOD swell this weekend?! I see a little blurb 180hrs out! That's right I said GOOD!

    180 hours is very much unreliable for summer time frontal storm systems.

    But, the good thing is the bermuda high is pushing further out to see, so we are likely to see more consistent 1-3' medium period SE background swells starting by the end of this week.

    Tru but I'd rather see something possible 180hrs out then nothing...guess we'll have to see. Does the storm look stronger or w/e than the last one to make it decent u think?

    Take a look at the updated wave maps -- looks different on the 160-180hr than the previous cycle.
