    Easy there njsurfer42, I've been known to wear the 1.5mm reef boots while trunking it just to keep the feet from getting cut up if I'm at a reef or rocky beach. Clearly I prefer the feel of bare feet on my board but cutting up feet leads to infection and a huge impediment for days no matter how much neosporin I apply, which is always copious.

    This guy does look like a serious piece of work though hahaha!

    that's totally different; hell, i own a pair of reef boots & have made use of them on trips on more than one occasion. those are not reef boots he's wearing, though.

    For sure. Truth be told, at times I'll bust out the 3mm boots when I'm charging 60F water in SoCal in trunks and a 2mm topper just to not have cold feet along with cold nuts and calves. Sometimes that's at Trestles so it's further justified with the bottom. But that dude's shorty, no way is ever rock one of those. I do like the 2mm SS full suits though.
