Another new guy says hi to the group.

    Hi all,
New here and brand new to surfing. Just wanted to say hi.

Picked up a longboard last weekend from my friend Chuck who owns Living Water Surf Co. down in Little Compton, RI., and am excited to learn.

    Cheers,
    Jake

Always release a dump before you surf, if you forget its ok. Its not frowned upon to drop the kids off in the dunes. Just leave a tombstone as a reminder of how special they were...

    Doh! Sorry,,, edited.

Thanks for the welcome guys. I'm a complete newbie, and not as limber as I was 20 years ago, so I'll give everyone plenty of room. My kids are wanting to learn, so hoping this will turn out to be something that we can do together for years to come.

Keep the kiddies away from the white van of fear, don't try to pier shot just yet, take pics of it when it's 23' out there, don't trust anyone who tells you his boards are worth $500k & above all...Hindus, mang, Hindus.....
