I think your vibe n a few good buds can get ya through it. Hydrate as much as possible. 1/2 n 1/2. 1/2 power drink mixed with h20. Yet not every resting time. U have trained enough so far but protein and electrolyte intake is going to be your issue. After body is drained of everything cramping is going to be a huge issue. Have a bud bring ya a greasy burger out or a few snickers. Cheaper than power bars at 1/2 cost and more calories. Get cytomax mix for power drink. Road bikers swear by it. been around for a long while. Ya got to prepare for that long session a few days before. Talk to someone who does triathlons or marathons for advice. U got it bro! dudeclimbing is right on about the equal parts Gatorade and water. The drink alone has too many mg/ml of glucose per water volume to be quickly and properly absorbed. 50% dilution is key to overcoming this.
