whats it look like?
A big thunderstorm in the Atlantic.
J-Dog,
I'll usually check out the Satellite loop and also the Atlantic Tropical Outlook to just get a quick idea of whats going on. The Invest 92 is just under a ton of shear right now as you can tell by the satellite loop.
(first post).....even tho this thing isnt really organized and prolly isnt going to due to all the shear is it still gonna send some waves our way?
Welcome to the community.
With such a small system so far away, there just isn't very much fetch being developed. If the wave persists for a very long time, then we could see some SE pulses, but when the systems are this far away, we really need them to have some strength in order to send us anything of significance.
Hopefully we will see the environment become more favorable as this wave continues on its westward path.
yeah hopefully that trough backs off a little and gives this thing a chance to survive but i doubt it i think that storms gonna be kicked in the next day or 2 but who knows.
Westerlies are getting strong now, anything that forms will be way south of us..Hail yeah, bring on the NE, colder water and winter swells.. less crowds, cleaner water, better swell, etc.
