kb4l is taking his annual trip to the beach on july 14 to 21 2009. my question is, will there be waves that week, or should i go the week before or after? any help to get me the maximum water time for knee-shreddin' would be greatly appreciated.

Kneeboarding is real, very real. KB4L is also very very real. Just looking for some help here, not to be publicly humiliated like the time my mom spanked me in public.

With a wave forcast that far out you should consult a Ouija board or a Magic 8 ball.
2-3 ft SE background swell with occasional 4ft with the best tides. Light and variable winds in the morning with onshore breezes developing by late morning.
MagicSeaWeed is saying 22 feet! And you know how accurate MSW is.
LOLLOLLLOLOL @ this thread. 50 yr. storm is suppose to hit during that week!![]()
agreed. kneeboarding is a quickly growing sport and needs grassroots support before it can become a global phenomena, like surfing. I believe that week in july will be much like micah is suggesting, also expect a seabreeze to develop around 11am and continue through most of the day.
so do you wear kneepads while kneeboarding or just use a track pad? also, if no trackpad does the wax rub off on your knees? I would assume that would suck, especially if you have hairy knees.
