i usually ride shirtless and i have tried all the waxes and pretty much everytime i surf i have bloody nipples. just part of the experience, my torse nothing... nipples worn off daily

just go out once, get really bad board rash, go out the next day, it will hurt, then go out the next day and it will be fine

you just gotta suck it up for a day and a half

callous your nips over by going out getting them really tender then rubbing some zinc oxide on them that makes the pain go away and heals those suckers

well it really isn't that bad, because if it was i guess i would wear a rash guard more often.

i dont know which is better. my rashguards sometimes give me a rash on the sides of my upper body on the seams. It can get real bad, but when i dont wear a rashguard i get bloody nips too. haha well summer does truly suck.

whenever i can i just stick to wetsuits.
