Tropical Depression 15

I know it's early but with this recent flat spell what's the possibility we get some swell from Tropical Depression 15 and in what kind of time frame.

forecasted to reach hurricane status, after it moves north of puerto rico, however it is expected to move NE away from the East Coast. This is not a good path for swell production.

Most of the swell production from tropical systems are in the direction the storm is moving towards...
