    i wonder if this is feasible let's say in the chesapeake or delaware bays? i want to ride 30 minute waves!

    It is possible, my buddy in the Navy told me about riding the tanker waves right off of the Bay Bridge Tunnel down in Va Beach. He said that they are kind of hard to paddle in to but once you're going it just doesn't stop! We're planning on doing a trip together one day but my "real" job is killing my surf opportunities nowdays.
