    Surfing & Balance ball

Wanted to know how many of you actually use a exercise ball?

I came across this video and decided to give it a try. I have been doing this for the last 2 weeks. It's a little tricky at first. But, can be mastered fairly quickly. Be careful not to break your board!!!!

WARNING: I take no responsibility if anyone gets hurt.

That is probably hard at first. Looks like a better way to gain balance and strength than the basic indo-boards.

PS. Anyone else notice his crazy computer monitor setup in the background!!!

Interesting...may have just found a use for my old 6'6" thruster with the 2 broken fins (pre FCS)...

If you don't see a follow up post from me within the next 10 mins or so, I'll most likely be on my garage floor with a broken neck...please send an ambulance.

More than likely I would end up breaking my board.

Might try it with a piece of ply wood...

FYI - It is a little easier if you leave the fins in.

I bet. They would make a good stopping point, so the board doesn't shoot out from under you. Probably helps with the side to side motion some too.
