    true, however no xplode does not nearly have the amount of creatine in it that a normal creatine supplement has and therefore does not dehydrate you as drastically. That being said, you must drink lots of water when takin no xplode to experience the supplement's real benefits.

    yeah but I'm at school which is 4 hours away. over the summer I was ripped to **** from surfing practically every day. Now after drinking beer every week and only making it down to the shore once a month, I have gained some pounds and I'm out of shape.

    i used that N.O. explode today and it was great. two scoops and I lasted an extra hour and was never tired during the entire workout. Would probably be good for a boost in the water.
