That's just part of the game man. It cleaned up and was pretty fun right before dark last night in WB. At least there has been waves to surf at all...Have a good one...It's Friday at least.
yeah, it sucked here. Checked it as well, north is always better regardless. I am over pawleys, lets face it there are maybe a total of 7-10 days a year of clean chest + surf ( and thats pushin it). Fck that, that blows, not getting any younger, looking to get a career out west next year. Sure alot of people in Cali, but there is plenty of surf, plenty of consistency, and you can progress on your surfing and have swells hold in numerous spots.

i went back around 10:30 and was surprised to find a clean waist high wave. it cleaned up after the rain and stayed clean for about an hour and a half. i was out by myself for most of that time until the crowd showed up as the ne wind picked up. better than sitting on the sofa i guess.
yeah last night at wb looked fun but i couldnt surf even though im now allowed to i just didnt wanna take the late drops and have the knee dislocate again.Originally Posted by respecttheocean

we ride really small, inconsistent waves in PI, not hills. you gotta go up to boone to ride really small hills. get it straight man
yeah...wish we had a hill. not that it isn't peeling double overhead glass everyday here in PI...but you know, when we get bored with all the 25 second tube rides and 200 yard cutbacks we could go downhill it.
