Thread: In The Eye?

yeah for what I'm looking for, the price he quoted seems like a steal. I've been in contact with him, and I know he's a favorite on the Island - just wanted to get some other opinions, since I'd like a new board, but it's not a necessity if you know what I mean.

anyways if I ever straighten out my financial situation I'll definitely be ordering from him...

I couldn't tell you exactly why, but to me it seems that every In The Eye board that me or my friends have had have snapped after very little use. Maybe it's all been bad luck, but it's like 5 of them total and none of them have lasted more than 2 months. The shapes are definitely sick, they just don't seem to stick around for long.

we see very few of our boards broken. we repair a lot of surfboards in our factory and no brand is immune from breakage. several of the popular 'name brand' boards from california seem to have more strength problems than others, but a lot of this is probably from the riders.....ie surfing shore pound.
