    Atlantic Basin Quiet

There are currently no organized tropical systems across the Atlantic Basin and no development is expected through at least Wednesday.

We are currently tracking tropical waves along 30 west, along 55 west and along 90 west. The wave located along 30 west, is mostly south of 15 north and is moving west at about 8 degrees longitude per day. Satellite derived information shows a large area of Saharan dust and dry air to the north of this tropical wave. The wave is tracking over relatively cooler ocean water temperatures. The dry air and cooler water will prevent further organization of this system for at least the next couple of days.

The tropical wave along 55 west, is mostly south of 18 north. This tropical wave is moving into an area of lower shear and warmer water. However, the system lacks an organized surface or upper level feature. This tropical wave is moving west at about 6 degrees longitude per day. This motion will take the wave over the Lesser Antilles on Tuesday. This will lead to gusty winds, more clouds and more frequent showers and thunderstorms across those Caribbean islands into Wednesday. Strong shear over the Caribbean will prevent this wave from becoming better organized beyond Wednesday.

The storms coming in and in went down to the middle only 15ft i think but its 11 second period. A lot of spots could easly get shoulder high waves from this, i hope.

ya, a combination of some SE fetch from some what of a tropical wave, and also the little depression/frontal system hybrid that rode up the coast.
