seeing as the buoy is 3ft @ 9 seconds... not likely.
there is some medium period stuff in the water from when Ana was around.
The start of the long period stuff will start showing overnight into tomorrow morning.

Still only running about 3ft in at the north end of OBX (Corolla). Waves have actually dropped down a bit from earlier this morning, but we are at LT right now. Pretty steady SSE wind all morning.
Just checked the surf locally and its beginning its slow build already. The winds are kicking up and the water is pulsing. Should be even more active by this time tomorrow.![]()
Oh, and here's to Bill taking a big dump on all that beach replenishment crap! Hopefully Slick Willy brings back some of the sandbars of old!!!!
