seriously man what type of question is that, you do whatever you can handle. people surf much bigger waves on bodyboards thandouble overhead(ours, joker, cyclops pipeline etc). and dotn worry about half the people bashing your question, i know 75% are the type of people wh will sit in the water with there surfboard and rashguard on pretending that they are goin to charge a wave for hours.

p.s mod, its pretty disgusting that a lot of the stuff said on this site is allowed, such as stupid topics, and replies. it makes this site look really immature.

I was out at IRI that day. It was quite playful. Then i went to OC and it was bigger and super hollow. There were a couple guys out but they were all spred out.

You have to be in such good shape to make it out in the lineup. Bodyboards have less surface area...so they dont paddle as fast. Mostlikely, you will have to ditch you board (get a leash if you dont have one!!).

theres no point telling people to stay out of the water...people are gonna be scared crapless and not paddle out. And if you have never paddled out in anything that big before, how are you gonna learn? Ive only been out in OH, so this will be new for me, and i know i wont be just sitting out in the line up
