It is important to completely get rid of ticks as they can make your life miserable. Therefore take proper care of your home and for more advice you can call professionals.

Agree on the lifeguards. A break in front of my house is guarded from 10-6, just on weekends now i think but could be wrong- work M-f 8-5. I only have to go a block down, but usually there is some kind of drift and the waves do break right in front of the lifeguard tower in front of the place. Tourists are all pretty much gone since the start of school a couple weeks ago. Lifeguards should be at school too, at least i thought. soon...

The beach at my place now is guard free! They have been replaced by signs that say, "Swim at Your Own Risk" which pleases me greatly.
Now just waiting on the parking bans to end. Got a $50 parking ticket yesterday, but whatever, I wasn't going to walk a mile to the break, fuk that.
