any one know why the 48th st cam on ocsurfcam is streaming an hour behind real time? is the clock on the camera just set wrong? maybe never got changed for daylights savings? if it is an hour behind it kinda defeats the purpose huh

Check it at sunset and see if the light is correct. If it gets dark at the right time, you know its on.
