    thats BS. This is part of surfing, having to deal with less experienced surfers in the water, and realizing that boards can get damaged.

    I can't believe the court made the less experienced surfer pay $750.

    wow why would you take it to court in the first place? To pay a lawyer must be far greater than the $750 repair

    Way to kill the sport. That's the kind of stuff that bans surfing in certain places. It could ruin it for everybody else.

    wow pretty gay for that to go to court. if someone gets next to me in lineup im gonna have a pen and paper in ziplock for them to sign waiver. BTW I have liabilty policies for sale for surf accidents.......lmao
