What's up guys, I've been bodyboarding for about the last 7 yrs and been really progressing in the last 5. I surf all year round and travel as much as I can whenever I can. I've tried to expose myself to as many types of waves as possible along the way. Points, reefs, shorebreaks and of course the local favorite beachbreak and sandbars. I can pull into barrels and spin off 360s. My question is how the f*@% do I boost some air. I watch the videos and seen the pro's when the come to town for the bodyboarding contest but I cant seem to project the type of speed and energy needed to boost off the lip. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
