it is true that the 360's fail alot more then ps3's but i have owned a 360 for a few years now and everytime it fails i just call xbox and they send my a new one i have never paid any thing to have it replace and thats just with the standard warranty
Haha. Nobody I talked to knows about the Coleco Vision system!
Do you remember a Coleco game called Montezuma's Revenge. Used to play that for hours and hours.
I'm in the same boat as you... I haven't owned a video game system in a long time, but want one now.
Growing up in the 80's that was def the system to have.I think my grandmother had paid about $200 for it and that was alot of money back then.I never heard of Montezuma's Revenge but my fav was Cosmic Avenger.I guess its time we get with the times, right Swell.
I had been out of the loop for about 10 years too, and just bought a PS3 for myself for Chrstmas. After researching whether to get PS3 or XBOX, the PS3 seemed the better choice. What really set it apart for me, was the failure rate of the XBOX, somewhere just above 30% of XBOX's get the 'red ring of death' (that # is from multiple sources).
And they're right about Call of Duty, I spent my kid's whole 3 hour nap playing it...
So these things just dont work sometimes?and whats the difference between the xbox 360 and the 360?I take it that the 360 ,you cant go online with.
I got my kids Wii for Christmas and I love it . I have old games one it like the first 3 Mario Bros , Tecno Bowl and Legend of Zelda. I Heard the Tony Hawk Game Ride it really good and they are Making a games that uses the Tony Hawk Ride contoler .
If Trans World Surf and Kelly Slater Pro Surfer are Backwards Compatible what does that mean ???? Can I use them in my Wii for is it only for PS systems
you should get transworld surf or kelly slater from the ps2, since its backwards compatible.
Most PS3s cant play PS2 games. There are some older models that do, but you have to pay a premium to get one. All Xbox360s will play original xbox games.
PS3s are nice because you get a blu-ray player, has built in wi-fi (although mine was so buggy I ran a cat5 line to it), and is free to get online. On a 360, you pay $50 a year to do online gaming.
Even though there havent been any surfing games made recently (though its worth it to get the old Kelly Slater game), you can get a pretty nice snowboarding game for the Xbox called Stoked Big Air. It's pretty cheap too. +1 for the Xbox360 on that because it destroys that Shaun White game.
