    I showed some guy at my office the video clip and he said he already has seen it on another site and they had an article about the guy. Apparently, hes known in that area for being crazy "Epic Beard Man". Here's another clip of him getting tasered at a baseball game. The video is kinda long and boring but its the same guy. Amberlambs.

    The AC does not stand for Atlantic City. It took place in California, i think San Francisco area.
