    Sea to Sky biathlon

Has anyone ever surfed and shredded in the same day?

It was my second with the last time in 2000 when I did Mt. Baldy to Newport for a sunset session. This past Thursday I was fortunate to surf OC most of the morning and was up in Whitetail by 3PM.

Surfing with all that rubber was by far 10x harder than the mountain, and for whatever reason, it seems to take a longer time to recuperate.

Did it once last month. I try and do it about once a year, with surfing and snowboarding in the same day... But with a 2.5-3 hour drive each way to the top of a giant mountain really takes a lot out of me... I needed like 2 days of recovery after a morning surf session, an all day snowboarding expedition topped off with a 3 hours drive.... Im getting old.... Which reminds me, I have 2 free lift tickets that I better use by the end of the month... =( Thinking about it makes me tired. If I go again, I will for sure get a cabin and stay over night.
