    if your condition, doesn't get better in 3-5 days, you should go see a doctor. They have medication for that.

    I'm going out Sunday regardless. Maybe some knee or better longboardable waves. Hell, at this point I'll take the wake of a boat going by. Good day to get some paddling in if nothing else. I gotta work all week when its going to be good.

    I get anxiety when there is waves... and I'm stuck at work, waiting to leave.

    I get depression when it's flat.
