I love all the NJ hate from NC, the tobacco state. They hate polluted water, but export more cancer in a year than NJ could make in a decade. At least your birds are thriving.![]()

not to mention that without that constant influx of people moving from NJ to NC, their economy would be completely in shambles, instead of just slightly backwards. I love it when people complain endlessly to anyone who cared to listen about high taxes and too much gov't control in NJ (both valid complaints, don't get me wrong) thenm they move to NC, and complain equally loud about 1) **** roads, 2) no infrastructure, 3) wildly uncontrolled development leading to sprawl, traffic etc. 4) god-awful public education. Pick one or the other and live with it. Its no wonder NC hates Jersey and has a negative impression of it, since mainly all the losers and douches who couldn't hack it here are the ones who end up moving therePlease man, NJ is crowded for a reason. How crowded is NC? You go west (e.g. towards Asheville) and there are no jobs or entertainment. You go east (e.g. towards Avon) and there are only seasonal jobs and you risk being slammed by hurricanes. We have jobs, entertainment, beaches, no natural disasters, and most of our residents have teeth.
All you Jersey rats got it all wrong toothless hicks and moonshine come from Tennessee. We have more educated people than Jersey. You want to match our colleges to yours? Glassboro state, Stockton,Trenton state you only have one good one Princeton. We have many UNC, Wake Forrest, East Carolina, NC State,Duke. Hey you guys stay up North if it so good .Stop coming here you don't see us going up to Jersey do you. tens of thousands come here we don't need to go there for what shet waterAs far as tobacco goes you Jersey rats are so stressed from too many people you need to smoke to calm the nerves ....Keep smokin yankee!!!!

Besides Princeton (which is Ivy League not "good"), Rutgers and The College of NJ (not Trenton State) are very competitive. Your state has more schools because you have more real estate, but you don't have more educated people. The schools you have are only for exploitive purposes. I know people who have attended UNC (Chapel Hill & Wilmington), Wake Forrest, and Duke and they all high-tailed it out of state once they got their degrees. Half of those people came back to NJ for work. The other people went to DC and CA, because there ARE NO JOBS in NC.
Stoney, there are so many ridiculous and uninformed comments in your rambling post but the most puzzling is:
"The schools you have are only for exploitive purposes". I am very curious to know what you meant by this, can you elaborate?
This is what we do during the flat spell huh?? Bash everyone's spot? I'm from DE and I kind of like Jersey and NC, depending on what I am looking for, surf, food, entertainment, relaxation, etc. PS. I am not throwing DE in and saying how we are better than anyone, so don't start! LMAO!!!![]()
Delaware is just as bad as New Jersey, however, in a different way. Rehobeth Beach is the Gay capital of the USA. parking meters out the ass too. Hey OBX sucks all please stay up North this year.
Wow Avon, was kind of backin ya up a little.... Sounds like you are mad at Rehoboth because you couldn't find a parking spot fast enough!
I think what he meant was that those schools are of the category that they have somewhat of a decent academic reputation, but where they excel is in marketing of their "brands" - so you get people from out of state who, never in their wildest dreams could get into an Ivy League school, go to Duke or UNC, and pay for that name, as opposed to the opportunity to secure any sort of valuable, revenue-generating skill set, then after they realize they spent 160k and all they got was a dirty white ball cap with the logo on it, they feel exploited. That about right?"The schools you have are only for exploitive purposes". I am very curious to know what you meant by this, can you elaborate?
