we fished the rips off of the delaware bay wall last sunday, only managed a 23 and a 24", and a couple dogfish. it was chilly out.
a friend went out of the solomon islands and had their limit by 930 am, with the largest being 52 lbs.

Our Fall Season stunk this year, water was too warm and what fish finally showed were scattered throughout Delmarva. It's troublesome when you catch too many Rock fish with Myco sores that you can't touch without rubber cloves or much less eat them either

Yeah, this is my first season striper fishing. Still learning a lot. I have gone out about 6 times and came back with a fish 2 times. I'm taking the boat out this weekend so I'm trying to go out 1 or 2 more times. Just picked up some Stretch's to troll with.

Here's a pic of the fish:

The fish are covered in reddish sores; you shouldn't handle without gloves or eat them

thats strange man..i'm not into fishing but my buddies who are tell me that keeper stripers caught off the rocks at IRI are likely to have myco sores
