I will be visiting Panama in Jan. Because of surfboard embargo on Continental I will looking to buy a board when I land in Panama City. Looking for advice on where to pick up a decent used board at a good price...Thanks.
theres one in Panama City that a guy actually shapes at the shop...gotta email my friend down there to see what the name is....been there but dont remember it very well...
Was there in September/October. Best bet is to rent and/or purchase a board at one of the breaks, at where they have rentals, which is most spots. I hit up El Palmar, Rio Mar, but by far the best surf was Santa Catalina, good community there too. PM me if you want more info...
