haha nah, its pre-hoat coat and wasn't fully sanded. the first few boards i made i focused on shaping and stayed away from the color work completely. when it came time for me to paint the blank i was so worried about the resin making the paint run that i mixed the acrylic too thin and you can kinda make out the beads in the eps through giving it a weird preschool color job lol. surprisingly enough the shape is way fun.

looks good - recent surfer or surfing (forget which) has an article on not sanding the bottom & the effective increase in speed based on sharkskin texture - interesting stuff
