Its not that warm north of the Cape, but the Frisco area can be much warmer. The gulf stream hits that cape and jets off to the northeast.

thats good, because im staying in Frisco.... how much colder do you think it is up near Rodanthe?? Could i get away with a 3/2 in late march??
