I would like the second one with the hurricane as the S along with the small left side oriented "It's all Swell". Not sure if that makes sense.

second, people may think the first one says "well info" that wouldnt be such great advertising for the website.

2nd one.
Put the slogan on the back instead of underneath the logo. Too much swell going on there in both of them.
