Must confirm reservation with a credit card for the deposit. The deposit is half of the total reservation. Deposits are non-refundable during holidays. Non-holiday cancellation, guest have 7 days prior to arrival to cancel. The deposit will returned less $25.00 cancellation fee. Rooms with two queen size beds rates are based on single or double occupancy, additional guests over the age of 12 will be charged $25.00 per person, per night.
