Wake up each morning to a beautiful sunrise from any of our decks, then walk just across the street and put your toes in the sand while you check the surf.
Our home has a magnificent open floor plan and many fabulous amenities. The property has three large bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king bed with an in-suite bathroom and a fabulous glass enclosed shower with 3 shower heads. The second bedroom or 'San Lucia' room will make you feel like you're on a Caribbean island and has both a full and twin bed, with an in-suite bathroom and glass enclosed steam shower. The third bedroom, called the 'Crew's Quarters', has a full bed and bunk bed and also includes another in-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
'Chateau Relaxo' features two large, luxurious decks with fabulous views. The front, beach facing deck, is situated just off the kitchen and has a table and lounge chairs making it perfect for enjoying a meal or morning coffee. On the roof, you will find another large deck complete with palapa roof for shade from the midday sun and a jacuzzi for late night soaking and stargazing. From the roof you can take in gorgeous views of the beach, Channel Islands, and nearby mountains.
If you love cooking, you will be in heaven in both of our kitchens which come fully equipped and ready for use. On the second floor we have a gourmet chef's kitchen fully stocked with all the appliances, utensils and spices you will need to cook up a fancy feast. Amenities include: a 48-inch, 6-burner, 2-oven Viking stove with a built-in griddle; dishwasher, microwave drawer, prep sink and an island to wow your guests from. Downstairs you will find another kitchen and bar along with a 72-inch home theater system, complete with surround sound and plush leather couches to relax on. If the two kitchens weren't enough to make your chef dreams come true, the front yard also features a professional wood burning pizza oven and a professional grade Traeger Smoker and the back yard has a propane grill! Can you say real Italian pizzas, smoked ribs and grilled lobster?
The house has all the toys and games needed to entertain the whole family including: boogie boards, stand up paddle (SUP) boards, surf boards, bikes, a ping pong table, Nintendo Wii, Roku 2, wireless internet, Blu ray player and plenty of board games.
