This is a two-story home with three large bedrooms, full kitchen, large family and dining room- All with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The entire downstairs is two large bedroom suites with a private bath and patio doors leading to a private access to the beach and ocean. The upstairs has a very large beautiful master bedroom with private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This beach front home comes complete with surf boards, boogie boards, beach bikes, beach toys for the kids, lounge chairs, beach chairs and beach umbrellas (due to breakage some items may not be available). We also have surf lessons from Wave Masters Surf School. They will come to the house for lessons right in your backyard.<br /> <br />
Great sand bar beach break right out back. Located just 1 hour from either New Smyrna & Sebastian Inlet, two of the East Coast's premiere breaks.
