Returns:

Items bought in the Swellinfo store may be returned for a full refund of the sale price, if there is a valid reason for the return.  Valid reasons include, wrong size, broken product, not as described, and such. To make a return, you must first contact Swellinfo by email (info@swellinfo.com) and receive a valid return id number.  This return must be made 14 days after the initial purchase.

Shipping:

Shipping is done through USPS via first class or priority mail.  Items bought in the Swellinfo store will be shipped out within 2 business days of the purchase.
