Forecasted surf heights represent a potential wave face height for the average to better breaks in a region during optimal conditions (tides, wind, swell).
This Ocean Temperature is taken from derived Satellite and Buoy data. This temperature is a good indication for water temps several miles off the coast, and may vary from the temperature at your beach. Temperature Biases are strongest during cold water upwelling events where temperatures at your beach may be several degrees colder.
Seaside Cove is sheltered from the southerly winds. Cleanest break I have seen today, but much smaller because of the cove. Thigh-waist high with stomach sets and semi-glassy conditions.
Pretty weak and mushy SW swell in the water. Tide just switched and is now incoming. Waves should build for mid tide. Larger peaks are breaking far outside.
