Swellinfo Video Forecast - Tropical Update

Posted: Thursday Sep 4, 2008      By: Swellinfo     Category: Forecast

Tropical Storm Hanna, and Hurricane Ike will send strong surf to the East Coast over the next few days.

Hurricane Season 2008 is alive and kicking. The entire East Coast will be receiving strong swells from Both Tropical Storm Hanna and Hurricane Ike over the next several days.

Florida and the Southeast coast will first see overhead+ surf Friday into Saturday, while the Mid Atlantic and Northeast will await strong surf from Hanna Saturday into Sunday. Stormy conditions will leave way for offshore winds and clean conditions as Hanna pushes northward. As Hanna swell fades, strong E/SE ground swell from Ike moves in. Check out the Swellinfo Video Forecast below for the East Coast summary over the next few days.
