Feb 2, 2010 Salsipuedes is a stretch of sandbars east of Middles and west of Villa Pesquera that is very popular with bodyboarders and can be very dangerous due to the rip currents and undertow. It gets deep very quickly and drownings occur a few times a year, mostly by inexperienced swimmers with no swim fins. You will get barreled but be extra cautious and always know your limits. It\'s easy to get in the water, not so easy getting out, hence the name "Salsipuedes" or "get out if you can".
