Small little lines pushing through in the waist high range. Not al that, pretty weak and small overall but something to ride if you're looking to get wet. Could build a little bit with incoming tidal push so keep an eye on it before dark.
Steep angle E swell building with strong NE winds in the forecast for tomorrow. Look for drifty conditions but potentially decent surf if you know where to hide from those winds and are willing to battle some current. Worth a look in the morning. Winds go more Easterly later in the afternoon. Should be waves for the next few days but winds likely to be a problem.
onshore and small, find something else to do. maybe later in the week into the weekend if winds will cooperate. keep an eye on it. possible late day windshift today. another shot at surf next week on monday/tuesday.
its still micro but all that is about to change this saturday! look for small windswell to start filling in on friday, and then by dawn patrol saturday long island should begin getting lit up like a christmas tree! ese windswell/se groundswell combo combining with ne winds will provide solid overhead surf with clean conditions all day. leftovers on sinday with nw winds. some spots will fair much better than others so do your homework and gas up the search vehicle! MOUNT UP!
fun little freak se groundswell showed up mid-day friday, and maaay be able to hang in there long enough for a few leftovers at dawn, but chances are it will be back to micro city as high pressure settles in and north winds howl. some action heating up in the tropics but stil nothing to get too excited about. unless someting pops local, doesnt look like anythig significant will deliver the goods. pray for nybb pro surf
fading ese windswell will linger into thursday morning, which wil be best bet condition-wsie for thurs, as winds come onshore for the next coule of days and will bring up some south windswell. a strong wave moving off the coast of africa should be favorable for development and something to keep an eye on. pray for surf
Well, there's waves, and its not ALL that bad, but the winds will be strong with a good deal of east in them, so expect sideshore, drifty conditions for most of tues, although the early bird may just get the worm as winds are calm here as of 4 am. Winds may very well go more northerly on weds, but dont hold your breath, just keep an eye on it!
