The pier has been closed to pedestrian traffic with the combination of 6' hi tide and powerful winter energy. The beach is overwhelmed and maxed out. Jetty and ss pier look like the only manageable options. Size will undoubtedly increase as the tide continues to pull out. Uncrowded lineups; tv crews, reporters. Clear and sunny. Air temp: 53F.
