Surfing Matagorda TexasSaturday the surf was choppy and disorganized. Sunday the wind turned offshore and the swell began to build. I have heard so many stories of Matagorda throwing barrels. So far this has been the best waves in Taxes that I have surfed. There were people all the way from Galveston. We were the first ones in the water and close to the last ones to leave. We stayed the night and made it a weekend surf trip and documented the journey. |

Flat for 3 week and we get waist high?once again i made a vid because I was bored.. It was flat for 3 weeks and we got alittle bump.... (Little) Is the key word here... small wind chop.

New Beach New BreakSince they started dumping all the sand on our new beach, our inside break is looking good. We are all waiting to see what it's going to be like on a big hurricane swell.
Knee to thigh high swell is very surfable now and the shore break shows on a higher tide.
Sorry for the tiny waves and i will make a new video with better music and bigger surf as soon as we get a swell in Texas :) |
