1/11/08 – Maybe not as big as you would think with south westerly 20 mph winds, but definitely a peaky/chunky wave out there. Front should punch through later today and provide us with NW winds (hopefully) – it might just go lighter out of the west. No complaints however – it’s been a slow 2009 thus far. Also, it looks like some sand has eroded off the upper beach and migrated just offshore in the past week, so the bottom configuration might be different – at least that’s what I think I’m seeing at BIP.
