Costa Rica Playa Grande
3-4ft Waist to chest high waves with fair to good shape. The surf looked fun this morning. There were some fun peaks on the incoming tide making for a good surf session. The main peak was closing out a little at report time, but should become more makeable on the high tide. The winds were very light with an offshore flow, helping to create glassy surfing conditions. The weather is sunny with some clouds and looks like a beautiful day to go surfing. We had an early morning low tide of 1.76ft @ 4:19am moving up to a high tide of 8.38ft @ 10:48am, and then, dropping back down to a low tide of 1.53ft @ 5:13pm this evening. If you are planning a trip to Costa Rica or Central America and want more surfing information, contact us at Info@UnaOla.com or give us a call at 1-888-958-SURF.
