socal Ocean Beach

Good morning from the OB pier in San Diego - The stoke continues with some WNW reinforcements seemingly arriving overnight. Waves are still holding in the waist-chin range with some sweet head-high juice making its way in. Conditions are super glassy with absolutely no wind out there; crowds are nil as well... looks like everyone is either tired or back at work. Clean, long lines on both sides of the pier. The San Diego rivermouth seems to be breaking too if you're willing to make the trek out to the end of the jetty. Air temp: 70F. Water temp: 59F. Might be your last chance to catch clean water waves as the rain is supposed to start falling later today.
