Virginia Beach / OBX Cape Hatteras

smaller than yesterday. it's looking like summertime SW wind swell. a little drained this AM with low tide so maybe an improvement with incoming tide (?) high tide around 11 AM. wind forecast to be S at 10 to 15 mph.
