Virginia Beach / OBX Cape Hatteras

i walked from the third jetty to the first jetty and back and didn't see anything bigger than knee high. forecast for the wind to become south at 5 to 10 mph this morning. high tide around 11:30 AM. water temp around 70. beautiful day for the beach.
