Virginia Beach / OBX Cape Hatteras

smaller than yesterday but getting ready to come back up again with the forecast NE wind 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph. mostly just shutting down with current. low tide around 9:30 AM. water temp might be 60 but probably lower.
