intheeye 12/20/2011 Virginia Beach / OBX Cape Hatteras 0 0 rideable but not a good swell. The tide is to low and it's not low til 9 am. The sand bar is to narrow and long. There is a cross swell mixed in from the SW wind. Water temp around 52 POST
